New Residence

An interesting project that Watershed took on when the concrete shell was almost complete. A new builder was engaged to finish the project and we worked closely with them to achieve a high quality, luxury home. Watershed replanned internal spaces and designed the interior fitout as well as redesigned windows and the building facade. The home is expansive, covering four levels, linked by a glass staircase and elevator. The exterior features limestone and zinc cladding.
