Retaining the echo of its Federation apartment building history, this contemporary home now caters to modern family living. Open plan living on the ground floor connects to sunny outdoor entertainment and relaxation zones with a glass sided swimming pool and a seperate gymnasium pavilion. Internally a new staircase with skylights brings light through the home and connects the three levels. A new main bedroom suite was added within the roof space of the existing building, giving views out over Sydney Harbour. The landscape design is harmoniously incorporated with the architecture, generous and varied planting giving privacy, texture and interest to the property.
